Free Hand Fitness

Free Hand Fitness
The creator of Free Hand Fitness Joe has contacted me asking if I would be willing to try out his product. I immediately said yes! Joe created the product to make it easier for others to have the ability to do push-ups, rows, planks, pull-ups, and lots more! This device is very helpful to people like me who have a limb difference. It allows us to perform these different exercises just like anyone with two hands would. It also allows us to work our arm that we may be missing a pat of and build muscle in that arm as well. The device is very well made and it will not break, it goes over the door and stays perfectly and hold weight very well.

How to Use the device:
  1. Place the red door anchor over your door and close the door, lock the door if possible to make sure it is secure. Pull down on the product to make sure everything is in place.
  2. Place your body either facing or not facing the door, (this depends on the exercise you will be performing)
  3. Undo the Velcro around the neoprene cuffs and slide your hand and arms inside. Then reapply the Velcro.
  4. Make sure the cuffs are even on your arms and make sure your arm is between the two straps.
  5. After being sure the product is ready to go and secure in the door, while tightly secure on your arms, you can now perform the exercise!
  6. Have Fun!!!

My experience:
When I used the device I was able to perform a push up as well as different exercises. The only problem I had when using the device was putting my right arm in the sleeve, being born with only my right I was able to pull the left sleeve on with my right sleeve but found it very difficult to put on the right sleeve. This is a VERY minor flaw and is expected. This device is extremely helpful in building muscle in your little arm. Working your entire upper-body.

Go check out Free Hand Fitness!! It is a wonderful product and is very helpful!

Well known for her love for Jesus, coffee, and having one arm. Sarah share's stories in her life in hope to help others. She wants you to know that,
"Our differences do not define who we are but are a part of the story that God has written for our lives."
Sarah says, " I hope that I can be someone to relate to in a world of untold real stories. Everything I write is from my heart and real."

"We are all created imperfectly perfect by God, we should be proud of our imperfections and differences, they make us who we are today but do not define us, know that you are beautiful and remind yourself of this everyday."
